Planning a private chef experience in Italy

How far ahead should we enquire?+

As soon as your destination and preferred dates are known. Intimate dinners may require less preparation; residencies, weddings and yacht events need a longer planning window.

Can Pietro travel to our villa anywhere in Italy?+

Yes, subject to availability and a feasibility review. Share the full location, guest count and dates so travel, local sourcing and production can be assessed.

Is the menu fixed?+

No. The menu is designed around the season, location, dietary requirements and meaning of the occasion. There is no standard marketplace package.

What information should we send first?+

Destination, date or stay, guest count, occasion and preferred format. A direct contact is also useful for the initial availability conversation.
